Very friendly atmosphere. Owner is very knowledgeable about all products. She is very helpful. She showed me which products were best for my first day back to the gym after tamale season. I purchased (2) Detox Tea’s 10/10 sweet but not too sweet perfection (1) Protein Waffle 10/10 Big,visually pleasing, very tasty. (1) Protein Crepe 10/10 visually pleasing, very tasty. Will most definitely be returning.

The standard menu is delicious but I am always anxious to see what the seasonal and monthly special menu is going to be!! You are treated like family from the very first encounter. They know you by name and learn your favorites. I have LOVED EVERYTHING that I have tried from Generation Nutrition. You are missing out if you haven’t tried them yet!
